About the Session
We started in the middle of the pandemic with an idea, in Spain at that time we were locked down at home. We realized the huge amount of waste and by-products that the food industry generates, on the other hand, we cannot continue producing food as we are doing, it is totally unsustainable. We decided to take that waste and use it as raw material, and to develop more efficient processes we chose to develop an AI tool. Now we are developing ingredients for companies like Nestle or Barilla.
