In the  past few years, much has been made about food uses for insects. However,  little has been publicly availableto understand total addressable  market, consumer profiles, and how insects could fit into eater's current  aspirational diets and other nutritional trends.Aspire Food Group and  NACIA are pleased to launch the largest publicly available consumer  acceptance research about insects as food. The research, conducted in 2020 by  the Hartman Group, casts light on total addressable market, consumer profiles  for those who have tried insects, or who are open to it, as well as insights  about what types of food products could best reach these eaters.
