About the Session
At Givaudan, understanding the preferences and motivations of consumers is at the center of everything that we do. In our latest and most extensive research, Plant Attitude – Next Generation, we set out to discover what motivates mainstream consumers to increasingly choose plant-based foods – whether in classical retail or in foodservice. These learnings are brought to life via four specific ‘activators’ which we harness to co-create ideas and concepts with high consumer appeal. In 2021, we also opened the “ZIC Protein Hub” to accelerate product development via our holistic co-creation approach.
