About the Session

As a food-tech company whose purpose is 'to make protein sustainable', ENOUGH passionately believes in the merits of fermentation as the most technologically and economically viable solution to sustainably feed a growing global population. The company's purpose to make protein sustainable is achieved using natural processes and a zero-waste scalable process that makes protein free from animals. ENOUGH is building one of the world’s largest new protein facilities in Sas van Gent as part of Plenitude, a €17 million project funded by the CBE JU project which is crucial in achieving sustainable protein production in the European Union.
