About the Session
Inthis session, Udi Lazimy will describe approaches to sourcing, sustainabilityand LCA (“Life Cycle Assessment”) development for plant-based brands. As aconsultant, he works with brands around the world to build and transformsourcing and sustainability strategies. His experience includes over 6 yearsbuilding the sourcing and sustainability programs at Eat Just, makers of JustEgg and Good Meat, including managing the development and utilization of acustom-built LCA tool. He will describe basic best practices for sourcing andimpact assessment, and intends for the participants to gain a holistic view ofsourcing and impact assessment.
