Globally, the plant-based pork global market is projected to rise at a CAGR of 24% between 2020 and 2030 and Europe is expected to lead the global plant-based pork market. However, consumers are not fully satisfied with the available options. According to research, 31% of consumers do not like the taste of plant-based pork products and 27% find that they are not authentic enough. Givaudan undertook an exploration including consumer insights, sensory studies, plant protein technologies investigation, and multisensory food experiences creation to develop consumer-loved pork analogues. In this presentation, we will imagine how a life without pork is no 'pig' deal anymore.
