From Fauna is an international 501c3 nonprofit based in the United States.Its mission is to provide global education on the topic of cultivated meat. From Fauna was founded in the early 2010s by Kris Spiros, and has formerly gone by the name CAS, The Cellular Agriculture Society.The organization remains independent from the cultivated meat industry, having never received financial contributions from any company.
