• Current animal farming is unsustainable and destroying our planet. • Still we consume too much animal originated foods.• Plant proteins are still inferior in terms of structure, texture and sensory.• Cellular agriculture products are not in scale and not as affordable as plant based ingredients• Hybrid foods where plant proteins combined with cellular agriculture and/or precision fermentation (proteins, lipids, flavor and color compounds) can be utilized to come over the functionality and affordability challenges.
