He deals intensively with current trends and developments in the global food industry and advises customers, prospects and partners on technological issues. In his role as industry sector manager, he is the application and industry expert for the field of alternative proteins in the global Handtmann network. In the Handtmann Forum, a technology centre for product and production process development, he supports the practical implementation of innovative process and product solutions in a team with other experts.
