He also advises on legal aspects of manufacturing, import, distribution and marketing of other regulated products, such as animal feed/pet food, veterinary medicinal products, hygiene products, household chemical products, biocidal products, etc. He represents clients before authorities. He provides legal support in crisis situations (suspension / recall of products from the market, the RASFF system) as well as advice regarding procedures and training. He supports businesses (manufacturers, importers and distributors, including retail chains) as well as industry initiatives and industry associations. He has experience in compliance issues and business self-regulation. He participated in the preparation of the Code of Good Marketing Practice of Dietary Supplements. During his professional career to date, he has advised over 100 entities from various regulated industries, including FMCG.
