Food Engineer by training. Worked 10 years on the traditional side of the Food Industry, in Chile, the UK, France (Unilever, Sensient, Bakkavor). In 2016: was hired by Impossible Foods to lead the design, construction and launch of their 1st burger factory (in California). I was then appointed to build IF's PMO. I joined VitalMeat in 2021 as COO.
