Udi works with brands around the world to build and transform sourcing and sustainability strategies. For over 6 years, Udi led and built from scratch both the sourcing and sustainability programs for Eat Just, makers of world-famous Just Egg and Good Meat brands. At Eat Just, Udi managed the development of a “LCA on steroids”, which allowed the plant-based brand to make claims about its environmental impact compared to competing animal-derived products. Udi also developed a world-class sustainable supply chain of contract-farmed agricultural crops from smallholder farmers in various regions of the world. Udi holds an MBA in Sustainable Business Management, an MPA in Public Policy, and is an avid yoga and meditation practitioner.
