Bosco is the CEO & Founder of MOA foodtech, a Spanish startup that combines biotechnology and AI to transform waste and by-products from the agri-food industry into a 100% sustainable ‘new-generation protein’ of high nutritional value. The company’s goal is to implement new technologies that promote a fairer, more compassionate, and more sustainable food system while still being appealing to consumers. Bosco is a trained biochemist and studied at the University of Navarra. He also holds an MBA in biotechnology from CESIF, after which he spent five years developing commercial and business development experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and food industry. From 2018, he was also a part of the commercial area of AINIA Centro Tecnológico.
