Lisa has gained valuable insights and expertise within the CPG sector by working in companies such as Nestle, ConAgra and Leprino Foods. Additionally, she led specialized consultancy services within a firm dedicated to ingredient innovations and optimizing scale-up processes. At Planted Foods AG Lisa leads a team focusing on raw material properties, quality, and processing methods to create exceptional vegan meat products. Her passion for sustainable food solutions and commitment to creating environmental impact drives her in shaping the future of plant-based alternatives.
