Tom is an experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in NPD within CPG. Tom holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Lancaster University, UK. Keen to enter the FMCG world, he joined Mars inc as a graduate and gained a decade of experience in various research and development roles within the Pet Nutrition and Confectionary business units, with a more recent focus within Process Engineering. He now leads the Process Engineering team within Quorn Foods (Marlow Foods) who are tasked with developing the next generation of processing technologies which can deliver novel and innovative products to the market. Tom is passionate about creating sustainable food alternatives which also delight consumers.
