XL Lin is the Founder, President & CEO of Esco Aster as well as Executive Director & Deputy Group CEO of Esco Lifesciences Group. He graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences from the University of Sydney, joining Esco Lifesciences Group upon graduating. He started the Esco Group of Companies' Healthcare business unit from beginning to end as a "Discovery to Delivery" platform. He conceptualized the commercial, chemical, and biomanufacturing platforms which are used in 9 commercial human/animal health vaccines.
