Erika is Managing Director at ERIDIA GmbH, a Joint Venture of the Bühler and the ZETA group, since June 2022. Prior to this, Erika looks back on 7 years with the Bühler Group, first in the UK and then in Switzerland where she held different roles, the latest as Head of Bioprocessing for the Bühler Group. In this role, Erika shaped Bühler’s Future of Food program and oversaw the group activities in the bioprocessing space. Erika holds a PhD in Food Process Engineering from the Leibniz Universität Hannover in Germany and graduated in Food Science & Technology from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Agronomie et des Industries Alimentaires in Nancy, France.
