At BettaF!sh, we are making these amazing plants accessible to the food industry by driving research and development into how we can use them to create novel ingredients. For this purpose, we have partnered with renowned research institutes, like the Fraunhofer Institute IMTE, to help us tap into this undiscovered potential.
