Daniel Polte has been the press spokesman for Burger King® in Germany since October 2020. As Senior Manager Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, he is also responsible for internal and external communications, public and corporate affairs and the sustainability department. In a leading role, he oversees topics such as traditional press relations, sustainability strategy and marketing communications. For example, he was in charge of the worldwide first Plant-based restaurant in Cologne, Germany, in 2021 and oversaw the introduction of RECUP as a reusable system in the German Burger King® restaurants.
