She brings a global outlook as she has supported companies scattered across the world which she couples with an acute knowledge of the food industry as she has worked in both the private and public sectors. She chose to specialize in alternative proteins whose pillars resemble very much values defended by veganism, namely animal welfare, public health, and food sustainability.
